Requests for the accommodation can be made via the website from October 06th to November 1st, 2019. If you have already created an “User Account” for paper submission or registration, the same can be used to send the accommodation request, or else, please create a new account.
IIT Jodhpur Hostel accommodation : Rs. 2950/- (Including 18% GST for full symposium period)
The accommodation charge can be paid using the IIT jodhpur Gateway link (https://oa.iitj.ac.in/ePay).
An online request for an accommodation can be made only after the payment. After completion of accommodation request, the participant will receive an email with all details. Copy of the email along with online transaction details (for accommodation only) should be sent to Convener, Local Organizing Committee by email at daessps2019accom@gmail.com immediately for confirmation of accommodation.
Accommodations for faculty and senior scientists can be arranged in hotels and guest houses in and around IIT Jodhpur. Please see the List of hotels. Those who desire to book this accommodation should approach the Convener, Local Organizing Committee as early as possible (before November 01, 2019). The details of tariff and booking may be obtained from the Convener, Local Organizing Committee.
