Instructions for Accommodation

This facility is for booking hostel accommodation only for participating
PhD students and Research Associate (RA) of the 69th DAE SSPS 2025.

Limited number of hostel accommodations (inside IIT Roorkee campus) are available only for the registered
PhD students and RAs on advance payment basis, which will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.

PhD students and RAs will be provided single occupancy rooms with common bathrooms at a fixed total charge of
Rs. 7000/- per head (non-refundable) for the entire conference duration.

The accommodation has been reserved only for 6 nights from
18th December (check-in) to 24th December, 2025 (check-out).
Beyond this period, if any student needs to stay for an extra date for any unavoidable reason, he/she should
mention that as “remark” during payment (not guaranteed).

Accommodation in hostels covers only the stay. All meals (breakfast to dinner) for the registered participants
are arranged at the symposium venue during 19–23 Dec, 2025 without any extra charge.

Registration must be completed for the participants before proceeding for booking hostel accommodation.

Hostel accommodation for male and female participants will be arranged in separate hostels.

Last date of application for accommodation:
22/11/2025.

Hostel accommodation is not available for accompanying person.

Payment of accommodation charges must be made through an online transfer using the link provided below. On the payment page, please select 69th-DAE-SSPS-2025 from the Payment Category drop-down menu.
